The only gripe that I have with this game is about artillery, which is slightly broken, despite being easily killable with a light tank. It will tell you everything you need to know about how to win when playing stock tanks, etc. For more information on how, see one of Quickybaby's videos about his free-to-play account. The game gives a head start, giving you a free tier 6 when you start, and you can win without spending a penny. In World of Tanks PC, it is probably even more free-to-play than WoT Blitz, as premium tanks can be grinded for free, and any decent player can get them. (I typically see about 2 OP tanks every 5 games.) If you do not like the chat, you can turn it off in the settings, and then there will be no issue of toxicity in the chat. Wargaming has made it so that most teams are balanced, and while the matchmaker is far from perfect, it is completely possible to have a nice, non-op game. While you sometimes will get a bad team, that is part of the game, and other times you will steamroll the enemy. It is possible for anybody to be good at the game, for example I have a 59% winrate on my free-to-play account. In the hands of an inexperienced player, a premium tank can be just as useless as a tech tree one. Mainly the advantage of premium tanks is that they earn more credits, allowing for faster movement up the lines. In WoT Blitz, there are a few broken tanks, it is just as possible to use a free to play, tech tree tank to kill them, although they might have a slight advantage. While the vast majority of people on this site seem to believe that either the game is extremely pay-to-win or that it is rigged against you, that is completely untrue.
